Working with Drawing Files

This section describes the commands for creating, opening, and saving drawing files. Access these commands from the File menu and the Standard toolbar. These commands work with .dwg files so that you can open files created in other CAD programs or save files to open them later in other applications.

You can also:

• Export and import drawings.
• Use drawing utilities to back up, check, recover, and clean drawing files.
